Dr. John Diaz, MD
, a renowned board-certified plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills, is seeking a skilled and professional Licensed Aesthetician to join our luxury medical aesthetics practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a highly respected physician in a patient-centered, boutique environment.
As an Aesthetician, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient experiences while supporting the practice’s reputation for excellence in aesthetics and wellness.
Responsibilities include:
Perform advanced aesthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and other skincare procedures
Educate patients on customized skincare regimens and treatment plans
Assist with pre- and post-procedure patient care under physician direction
Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and product inventory to the highest standards
Provide professional product recommendations and support retail sales goals
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and state board requirements
Current California Esthetician License (required)
2+ years of experience in a medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice preferred
Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare and aesthetic treatments
Excellent communication, presentation, and patient care skills
Professional, polished, and team-oriented demeanor
Passion for aesthetics and commitment to delivering results-driven care
