Mathnasium is looking for an Assistant Center Director to create an engaging and productive learning experience for students while simultaneously focused on the sales component of our business. The ideal candidate is sales-oriented, detail-oriented, exudes a positive demeanor, enthusiastic, motivated, and approachable.

At Mathnasium, we’re passionate about both our students and our employees!

• $20-$25/hour

• Mon–Thur: 3 PM–8 PM
• Sat/Sun: 11 AM–2 PM

• Conduct free assessments for prospective students/families
• Convert free assessments into paying customers
• Teach/tutor in-center, online delivery using the Mathnasium Method™
• Cultivate a clean, nurturing, passionate and fun environment for our families and staff by providing a white-glove customer experience
• Lead and inspire employees to adopt workplace culture
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Oversee students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes

• Math proficiency
• Sales Experience is preferred but not required
• Reliable Transportation to and from center locations
• Exceptional customer, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and be trained
• Willingness to develop leadership abilities
• Ability to balance various ongoing tasks
• Proficiency in computer skills
• All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
