** Senior Financial Center Associate - Floater
** Location

** Job Summary
** Assists Financial Center Manager in maintaining bank operations and supporting Private Client Groups and clients in accordance with all applicable Bank policies and procedures. Extensive traveling to various Financial Centers to assist with staffing.

* Job Responsibilities:

**** JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*** (45% of time) Back-up to Financial Center Manager. Assists with opening and closing Financial Center; facilities issues, POD scanning, review of teller work, invoice payment FC proof, daily/monthly FC reports, monthly audits, etc.* (45% of time) Provides ongoing servicing relationship with clients and responds to inquiries and requests regarding accounts. Assists Private Client Groups with client relationships including wire transfers, new account paperwork, foreign wires, collections etc.
* (5% of time) Assists back-office personnel in resolving operational issues, including proof, investigations and wire transfer requests.* (4% of time) Assists financial center management with a variety of projects.* (1% of time) Complete ongoing training as required Compliance, HR, etc.

*** Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
* Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings.  Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

* Required Qualifications:

*** Education level required:
High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
* Minimum experience required: 3+ Years of Teller experience in financial services.
* 2 years: supervisor in a branch setting, managing tellers, compliance, etc.
* Must be able to travel extensively to various locations in New York (5 Boroughs, Upstate, Long Island).
* Experience working in a changing dynamic environment.
