Client Accounting Manager

We are seeking a Client Accounting Manager with a strong foundation in accounting and bookkeeping to oversee client financial operations and maintain accurate records for high-profile individuals and businesses. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver personalized service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for financial matters.
• Oversee general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management for multiple entities.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts; monitor variances and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with external accountants, tax advisors, and legal teams to ensure timely filings and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and implement best practices for financial controls.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes, including consolidations for multi‑entity clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping or financial management.
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles, financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.

Location: Beverly Hills, CA

• Employment Type: Full‑time

Compensation

• Salary range $120,000 to $160,000 + bonus
• M/D/V, 401(k), PTO
