- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Perform utilization management activities to ensure appropriate and cost-effective use of healthcare resources.
- Prescribe and manage medications for patients.
- Adhere to professional standards and guidelines in providing patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care.
