Front Desk Agent (Part‑time) – Beverly Wilshire A Four Seasons Hotel
Beverly Hills, CA – located at the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Rodeo Drive.
Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts invites highly motivated, service‑oriented individuals to join our Front Office Team. In this role you will welcome, register, and assist guests, ensuring exceptional service in a luxury, fast‑paced environment. Overnight shifts, holidays, and weekends are required.
- Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment.
- Checks guests out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill.
- Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing needs, providing personal recommendations, and adding touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with policies.
- Provides exceptional knowledge and service supporting our world‑renowned hotels.
- High organizational skills.
- Proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading English.
- Flexible schedule with ability to work different shifts, including overnight, holidays, and weekends.
- Previous experience in a luxury, fast‑paced environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

First 9 months: $26.44 (80 % of contract rate)
Next 9 months: $29.74 (90 % of contract rate)
