Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, a Forbes 5‑Star, AAA 5‑Diamond luxury hotel, is hiring a Personal Concierge to work on the ground floor.

The property features 170 rooms, 6,300 square feet of banquet space, and four food & beverage outlets, including an elevated Mediterranean restaurant, the Jean‑Georges rooftop restaurant, a lobby lounge, and in‑room dining.

• Administer and supervise all True Waldorf Service (TWS) arrivals to provide a unique service experience, showcasing courtesy, professionalism, and unparalleled service.
• Make a strong first impression by contacting guests prior to arrival, ascertaining their needs, and preparing for their stay.
• Provide guests with a stay experience customized to their specific needs, creating a sense of “we’ve been expecting you.”
• Meet and greet all TWS guests upon arrival.
• Handle guest check‑in, concierge services, luggage assistance, door assistance, unpacking service, welcome beverage, and fulfill other guest requests as needed.

Full‑time – Salary: $29.32 per hour. After 9 months, the rate increases to 90% per the collective bargaining agreement.
