As a Bell Person at The Beverly Hills Hotel your compensation will be $24.05 per hour.

A day in the life of our Bell Person it demands high levels of energy in order to keep up. They need consistency even though the days are never alike; and creativity to tackle daily adventures. Listing all of the tasks that our Bell Person accomplish would be lengthy but the list below is essential to know.

Our Bell Person is responsible for escorting all guests checking in to their accommodations following hotel procedure. Inform them about all hotel and guest room features and hotel facilities. This will include assisting guests with transporting luggage to and from their rooms and acknowledge them by name all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.

Sometimes our guests have special requests involving shoe shining services newspaper/magazine deliveries and rollaway bed request. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Bell Person.

Our hotels are truly luxury hotels. This requires preventing and correcting the imperfections and blemishes that tend to come up. Our Bell Person are relied upon to report these and work with several other positions to correct.

Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Our Bell Person must communicate with other departments and extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains.
