Ciao Los Angeles! Join Il Cielo in Beverly Hills, a fine-dining landmark and premier special events destination as a Lead Host
. We are seeking a passionate, high-energy hospitality professional to serve as a warm, polished presence on our magical garden dining floor.

• Compensation: $20.00 per hour + tips
• Schedule:
  
  3 to 5 days per week with 5–7 hour shifts. Weekends are a must, and full availability is required as shifts may run longer during the busy holiday season.

• Command the Floor:
  Act as the ultimate protector of the guest experience, welcoming à la carte diners and event guests with grace, charm, and sound judgment under pressure.
• Manage Reservations:
  Oversee table flow, pacing, and accurate documentation utilizing Open Table.
• Support the Office:
  Handle light back-office administrative tasks and coordinate seamlessly with our operations and events departments.

• Hospitality-Driven:
  You possess a naturally warm, welcoming personality and understand the elevated standards of luxury hospitality.
• Team Player:
  You work in tandem with the service team, anticipate needs, and maintain composure during busy weekend services and large-scale celebrations.
• Detail-Oriented & Flexible:
