L’Ermitage Beverly Hills is seeking a dedicated Steward to maintain pristine kitchen and back-of-house areas in a Five‑Star hotel environment. You will wash, sanitize, and store dishes, assist with light prep, and keep equipment and work areas spotless, while following safety and sanitation guidelines.
Reporting to Culinary Management, you will support daily operations, manage waste, assist with inventory, and participate in deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
