Job Title: Recruiting Specialist
Type of Position: Full Time
Hours: Monday - Friday 9-6pm
Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $35.00/hr

We are seeking a recruiting specialist to join our team! This role is responsible for managing an supporting the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing top talent. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, and familiarity with sourcing talent through variety of methods.
Responsibilities:- Source and recruit candidates through variety of methods (job boards, Linked In, Indeed, etc.)
- Review resumes and applicants to identify qualified applicants
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recurrent process
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruiting
