Human Resources Management Specialist – Junior LevelIndustry: General HR / Corporate Services. Based:
Copenhagen. Please note that this job requires you to be Danish or have the ability to obtain a visa and work permit.
We are looking for an intro-level Human Resources Management Specialist who is eager to develop their career in HR. This is a unique opportunity for a junior professional to gain hands-on experience in HR functions, working closely with experienced HR leaders in a dynamic corporate environment. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in HR processes, employment law, recruitment, and employee engagement.
The selected candidate will support day-to-day HR activities and contribute to projects that enhance organisational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. - HR Administration:
Support HR documentation, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies. - Employee Engagement & Support:
Act as a first point of contact for HR inquiries, providing guidance on company policies and best practices. - Training & Development:
Assist in organising training sessions and HR workshops, contributing to the professional growth of employees. - HR Analytics & Reporting:
Support data collection and reporting on HR metrics, including turnover rates, engagement levels, and recruitment effectiveness. - Compliance & Policy Implementation:
Help ensure that HR processes align with company regulations and employment laws, supporting legal compliance efforts.
- Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience:
0–2 years of experience in HR (internships or part-time HR roles will be considered). - Skills:
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Industry Knowledge:
Basic understanding of HR principles, recruitment processes, and employment regulations. Willingness to learn and develop expertise in HR operations. - Languages:
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
