We are seeking a sharp, proactive, and highly motivated Recruiting Sourcer / Recruiting Coordinator to support a senior recruiting leader at a leading boutique recruiting agency. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional who is interested in recruiting and wants hands‑on experience learning the full candidate search process. You’ll work closely with a senior recruiter supporting searches across administrative, HR, corporate services, creative, and finance functions.

• Source and identify qualified candidates through multiple platforms, internal databases, Linked In Recruiter, and proactive outreach to build strong talent pipelines
• Conduct outbound candidate outreach via phone, email, and Linked In
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing a positive candidate experience through consistent communication, engagement, and relationship building.
• Review resumes and profiles to identify qualified talent
• Assist with candidate screening and initial conversations
• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow‑up
• Assist with research and talent mapping for active searches

• Recent college graduate or early‑career professional
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident making phone calls and speaking with candidates
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using Linked In and technology
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
• Must be available to start ASAP, potentially as soon as tomorrow
• Must not currently be in active interview rounds or have other interviews scheduled
• Prior recruiting, sourcing, staffing, HR, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
