Responsibilities:
- Support finance system operations related to Oracle Cloud ERP and other business systems such as Axiom, Concur, Harris ADS, Kodiak Revenue Cycle Analytics, Epic, etc.
- Perform complex data reporting, coding, and analytics using SQL, Business Objects, Microsoft Office, and other tools.
- Support all servers, databases, and applications assigned to the department, including routine maintenance and data validation.
- Participate in project analysis, planning, design, and implementation to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance, system monitoring reports, and training to staff.
- Design and develop custom tools and interfaces to enhance productivity.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years in Financial Analysis/Data Analytics, preferably in healthcare. Proficiency in SQL, Python, MS .Net framework, and ETL operations. Epic experience is highly desirable.
Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field. Epic Clarity Certification is preferred.
