- Manage the ticketing queue and allocate tickets appropriately to the team.
- Assist management in the interview process for new candidates.
- Provide high‑urgency support to all end users at the Hollywood office, handling walk‑ups and emergencies.
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software for business applications.
- Assemble and configure computers, monitors, network infrastructure, printers, scanners, and related hardware.
- Pull cables, rewire, and direct rewiring for new installations and office reconfiguration.
- Troubleshoot computer system and local file server issues, including hardware, software, email, network, and peripheral equipment problems.
- Act as an advanced technical resource to resolve user problems, manage a centralized help desk, and engage third‑party providers when necessary.
- Make hardware and software acquisition recommendations and help users assess needs.
- Provide instruction on standard business and administrative software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
- Ensure timely resolution of equipment issues through thorough troubleshooting and proper escalation.
- Carry out equipment installations at multiple office locations, following established procedures.
- Assist with network setup and configuration, including routers, switches, analog modems, and wireless access control devices.
- Perform Active Directory & Exchange messaging tasks using management consoles.
- Manage and complete IT projects individually or as part of a team under management direction.
- Provide executive‑level support.
- BS in computer science or an equivalent field, or 5 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive Windows knowledge; MAC OS and iOS experience highly preferred.
- Progressive technical experience within an MIS team or department.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience supporting executive‑level customers.
- Experience with Parallels, Windows XP/7/2010/2013, Outlook for Mac, and Microsoft Office 2011/2016.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, AD Domains, and Exchange Management.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record; ability to travel to local offices.
- Experience with mobile technologies, iOS, Android, and desktop hardware (PCs, printers, etc.).
- Network and telephony knowledge (Cisco VOIP, Cisco Call Manager).
- Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to work independently, and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Capacity to lift and carry objects up to 40 pounds; good vision, hearing, and speech for effective communication.
