• Must be at least 20.5 years of age at the time of appointment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, or a lawful permanent resident.
• Must be able to meet physical standards.
• Possession of a valid California driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• College coursework or prior military experience.
• At least 36 semester units from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of four years of active duty in the U.S. Armed Services with an Honorable Discharge.
• Strong moral character, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
