We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Associate Attorney to join our team at our Beverly Hills, California office. The Associate Attorney will manage day-to-day legal matters, including providing legal advice, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and other legal documents, negotiating on behalf of clients, and representing clients in legal proceedings. This role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide legal advice to clients on labor and employment law matters
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence
- Represent clients in administrative hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings
- Engage in negotiations to resolve disputes effectively
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide responsive, professional service
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a team-oriented environment
- Strong foundation in law, with an emphasis on Labor and Employment Law and Personal Injury law
- Proven ability to conduct legal research and provide accurate, practical legal advice
- Effective negotiation skills and experience resolving disputes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities
- Licensed to practice law in California and a member in good standing with the California State Bar
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Prior experience in employment or labor-related legal matters is preferred
