We’re looking for an Attorney concentrate on right of publicity (misappropriation of name, image, and likeness – sometimes referred to as “Nils”), entertainment, labor/employment, business, and intellectual property litigation.

We have a reputation for highly effective, personalized, passionate, and most of all, relentless prosecution of our clients’ righteous cases. We represent talent, including many fashion and commercial models, whose images have been misappropriated by companies all over the United States and the world. We have successfully litigated cases against the largest companies in the country in both state and federal court, including through trial, and appeal.

We seek a highly motivated, detail oriented, mid-level associate that has at least five years of litigation experience. Work will include preparing and responding to motions, drafting pleadings, drafting and responding to discovery, appearing in court, appearing for depositions, preparing for and second-chairing trials.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of litigation experience for associate position (salary commensurate with experience).
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• California bar license in good standing.
• Ability to handle complex legal disputes.

• Candidate should be a self-starter and interested in learning.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Experience in all aspects of litigation.
