Trial Attorney

Beverly Hills, CA (4 days Onsite Friday Remote)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Family Law Attorney to join a dynamic legal team in Beverly Hills, CA. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for some remote flexibility.

In this role, you will handle a variety of family law cases, collaborate directly with partners, and manage matters from start to finish. The position offers the chance to work closely with clients, make court appearances, conduct depositions, and provide tailored legal representation.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and property division

• Draft, review, and file motions and other legal documents

• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies

• Attend court hearings, trials, and depositions

• Provide personalized legal guidance aligned with each client’s unique needs

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience practicing Family Law (preferred)

• Knowledge of family law and related legal issues

• Strong drafting, filing, and motion practice skills

• Excellent written, verbal, and analytical abilities

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
