Job Description

I am working with a prestigious firm that is seeking to add to their employment practice. This position is special because there is a great emphasis put on mentoring associates and helping them become amazing trial lawyers. Also, there is no billable hour requirement! If you're looking to grow in your practice, you do not want to miss this opportunity.

Background:

• 5+ years of employment litigation experience
• Defense side is preferred but candidates with a little plaintiff experience are encouraged to apply
• Candidates coming from AM100 firms or Top 25 law schools are a plus
• Legal strategist
• Excellent writing, analytical and research skills
