About SERVPRO - Beverly Hills / Westwood: An industry-leading water, mold, and large loss fire restoration company. We respond quickly to property damage emergencies, ranging from multimillion-dollar disasters to individual businesses and homes.

Compensation: $19.50-$24/hour DOE + OT and On-Call Bonuses!

Position: Lead Mitigation Crew Chief

Qualifications:

• IICRC certification or equivalent training preferred but not required
• 6+ months experience in restoration work, preferably as a Crew Chief or similar leadership role
• Knowledge of restoration equipment, tools, and industry best practices
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to be on call occasionally
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed
• Physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various environmental conditions

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate restoration processes and address customer questions/concerns
• Train and supervise Production Technicians
• Perform scheduled production processes and ensure quality control
• Identify and communicate safety hazards; establish control measures
• Manage job file documentation for project accuracy
• Control project costs
• Properly manage and protect equipment and materials
