Position Overview

Hiring a General Manager for our independent record label partnered with WMG. This is a senior role for someone who can help guide strategy, support our artists, and oversee the core operations of the label.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day to day operations and support overall label strategy

• Work with artists and managers to shape and execute release plans

• Oversee marketing efforts, DSP strategy, and audience growth

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with DSPs and key partners

• Support long‑term development for both artists and the label

• Contribute to a focused and collaborative in‑person team environment

Qualifications

• Director, Senior Director, or VP level experience

• Strong commerce, marketing, and DSP experience, as well as meaningful relationships with DSPs

• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate clearly

• Los Angeles based candidates preferred. However, we will consider applicants in New York or Nashville.
