Also, The Marketing Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote the organization's products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and experience in developing and executing marketing strategy. The candidate will also have excellent communication and leadership skills to lead and manage a team of marketing professionals.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, market penetration, and sales for our medical devices in the state.
  • Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, bringing innovative ideas and approaches to enhance the overall marketing strategy.
  • Conduct market research to identify target markets and customer needs. Its thorough market research and analysis to identify key target audiences, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the medical device industry.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the products and services through conducting market research to identify target markets and customer needs.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-informed adjustments as necessary.
  • Create compelling marketing campaigns, messaging, and content across various channels, such as digital platforms, social media, trade shows, conferences, and print media.
  • Develop marketing plans and campaigns to reach target audiences.
  • Collaborate with sales and product development teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with company goals.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to adjust strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including B2B sales, and the CEO, to align marketing strategies with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and industry partners to drive brand advocacy and support business growth.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations, compliance guidelines, and market dynamics related to medical devices, ensuring all marketing activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and external agencies to create visually appealing and impactful marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, videos, and website content.

Salary: $64,000 to $90,000

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in developing and executing marketing strategies within the healthcare, medical or relevant industry.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including knowledge of medical devices, healthcare regulations, and key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools and platforms, including digital marketing, social media, CRM, and analytics software.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative marketing solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
