LVN – Outpatient Clinic

Day shift, 5 days per week (08:00 - 17:00).

Floating required to other specialty clinics.

• 2 years of outpatient clinic experience
• Active CA LVN license
• Certifications:
  
  BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV Certification, Blood Withdrawal
• Flu Vaccination (no declinations or exemptions)
• Epic experience preferred
• Previous Urology experience strongly preferred

• Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions and document relevant information.
• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with patient exams and procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
