Job Summary:Tryfacta is seeking a LVN / LPN (Outpatient Clinic) for our client in Beverly Hills, CA 90211. This is a 13 weeks contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested.
Position Title: LVN / LPN (Outpatient Clinic)
Location: Beverly Hills, CA 90211
Duration: 13 weeks
Work Schedule: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
Pay rate: $45- $47/hr.
Responsibilities- Taking and monitoring patient vital signs
- Assisting patients with eating, dressing, and bathing
- Administering medication
- Communicating changes in patient behavior or health status to nurses, physicians, and family members
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Collecting specimen samples when needed
Taking an active part in patient care planning - Overseeing Certified Nursing Assistants and training
- Preparing patients for transfers or discharge
- Assisting in medical procedures
- Managing emergency medical situations
- Active California Licensed Practical Nurse License.
- Minimum 1–2 years of recent hospital experience (travel experience preferred).
- Current BLS Certification (required).
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
- Excellent teamwork, time management, and patient care skills.
