• Primarily looking for individuals with at least 2 years in the real estate business. This Agent will work directly with two Senior Investment Associates.
• We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our talented and energetic team of Commercial Real Estate Agents.
• New sales associates will focus on multifamily (apartment building) lead generation and will be involved in all aspects of multifamily acquisitions and dispositions.
• This position will be heavily focused on cold calling, so all applicants must be willing and eager to focus on cold calling.
• We are hands‑on in our approach to training. New associates will have a significant support system and will be provided with all necessary resources, including a dynamic and cutting‑edge sales database to be a highly successful Commercial Real Estate sales agent.
• Pacific Partners Real Estate Investments is one of the top multifamily brokerage teams in Los Angeles. Pacific Partners has closed in excess of $500 million of multifamily transactions since inception in 2014.

• Some real estate experience is preferred.
• Active California Real Estate License (preferred), strong sales skills, willingness to cold call, strong entrepreneurial desire, self‑motivated, great team player who can also work well independently.
• This position is commission only. Our proven real estate sales agent training and management process has helped many of our agents achieve $50,000−$150,000+ incomes in their first year.

• Located in Beverly Hills in the greater Los Angeles area.
• Team territories for in-person meetings and inspections will vary in areas such as East Hollywood, West Hollywood, The Grove, Mid City/Miracle Mile, Westlake/Mac Arthur Park, and West LA.
