• Assist the Manager of the Beverly Hills EDC with execution of presentations & demonstrations, mise en place, menu development, and kitchen organization.
• Execute culinary demonstrations and presentations, presenting the value of Bosch, Thermador and Gaggenau appliances with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
• Assist in testing and developing recipes; compile standardized recipes for guests and to be replicated in the field.
• Develop fine‑dining menus in collaboration with the culinary team under direction of the Brand and EDC Leadership.
• Continuously develop higher standards for creative programs and events.
• Maintain high food quality and efficient production output to exceed guests’ expectations.
• Ensure control of quality, quantity and safety of stock purchasing, accounting, waste management, storage, preparation and service.
• Order supplies for programs as needed.
• Work with other culinary staff to ensure smooth running of food production areas.
• Operate food production areas to the highest standards.
• Follow local, state and federal hygiene and sanitisation standards.
• Secure all foods, chemicals and equipment by maintaining procedures.
• Train and develop all culinary staff on standards and expectations.
• Foster a positive team spirit and collaboration mindset at all times.
• Handle daily opening and closing tasks supporting showroom operations.

• Associate degree (Culinary Arts) – Required
• 3‑5 years experience in restaurant, corporate chef or hotel/resort – Required
• Knowledge of basic to moderate culinary presentations to small/large groups.
• Ability to host culinary events.
• Excellent customer service skills and positive environment creation.
• Strong understanding of healthy, themed, creative food preparation and menu selection; basic kitchen design principals.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, organisational, training and time‑management skills.
• Computer skills and quick learning of applications.
• Team player who works well with others.
• Creative, quick problem‑solver.
• Multi‑tasking ability.
• Solid attention to detail.
• Good judgment and discretion with confidential information.
• Professional communication with culinary team and guests.

Pay range: $79,303 – $105,737. Annual Bonus target: 3% of base. Bonus may be 0% – 200% of target.
