Base pay range$17.00/hr - $22.00/hr

We seek someone who is confident, proactive, and trend‑savvy with previous experience working with a luxury or contemporary fashion brand. You’re perfect for this position if you’re a strong sales‑driver who enjoys spending time on the floor working with your team and clients.
WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Elevate the store experience:
Assist in the overall shopping experience for all Sam Edelman clients utilizing the “The Sam Style” model, and providing an inviting world‑class experience with a customer‑first approach. Actively engage and build relationships with customers. - Deliver on visual merchandising standards:
Assist store leadership with executing product placement and visual standards consistent with company guideline and expectation. Keep the store clean, organized, safe and easily shoppable. - Drive with passion:
Meet performance metrics by exhibiting a passion and enthusiasm for the brand and embracing and promoting company initiatives, contests, and strategies. Deliver clear, concise and timely communication to the Store Team & Store Sales Manager. - Other essential functions:
Complete other projects and assignments as directed by management.

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within store.
- Demonstrates ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
- Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager and/or Assistant Managers, as needed.
- Working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs from floor level to above shoulder height using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
- Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
