Role Description

We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team in Beverly Hills, CA. This General Manager role is for our flagship location, this role owns commercial performance, excellent leadership skills, and brand execution at the highest level. In this role, you will assist customers and team in-store with styling advice and product selection, maintain visually appealing displays, and contribute to creating a welcoming and exceptional shopping experience.

Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, processing sales transactions, and assisting with store events to engage customers and promote brand awareness and initiatives.

• Experience in customer service, retail, or sales with a strong focus on delivering results and KPI expectations
• An interest in fashion and a sense of style to provide personalized styling advice
• Proficiency in maintaining visual merchandising standards and contributing creatively to store layout
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients and team members
• A proactive approach, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours
• Previous experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is a plus
