The Seasonal Operations Associate supports the store operations team during the holiday season. This role helps prepare merchandise for the selling floor and fulfill outbound shipments while contributing to an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities- Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
- Prepare merchandise to be shipped to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
- Complete daily inventory control operations and merchandise price changes.
- Follow safety procedures on the receiving dock and in all other work areas.
- At least one year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
