The Seasonal Selling Associate supports the store's selling team during the busy holiday season. This role welcomes clients, helps connect them with appropriate associates, and delivers a welcoming and efficient customer experience.
Responsibilities- Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, connecting them with associates based on their needs.
- Work across store areas as business needs require and process point-of-sale transactions.
- Address escalated customer issues by connecting clients with management and follow up on customer requests.
- Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, fitting room experiences, and other client services in partnership with store teams.
- At least one year of experience in a customer-focused role, with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
