Operations Associate, Seasonal

Provide efficient operational support to store teams and help deliver an exemplary customer experience. This seasonal position lasts a maximum of three months and supports functions including shipping and receiving, the stock room, cash office, and operational administration.

• Maintain office, facility, and associate grooming supplies, and support invoice approvals with Accounts Payable.
• Support shrink reduction, inventory preparation, and the assessment and improvement of store processes.
• Coordinate accessory repairs, engraving, and embossing services.
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise and accurately handle shipping, transfer, inventory, sales, and vendor documents.
• Execute cash office processes and maintain compliance with point-of-sale audit requirements.
• Control and replenish supplies as requested by store management.

• At least two years of retail operations experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems.
• Strong time management, multitasking, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative approach, professional conduct, and passion for the product.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts, lift approximately 20 pounds, and move stock while supporting receiving and stocking functions.
