We're officially moving into our new HQ in Beverly Hills (August 2026)
9242 Beverly Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90210 SUMMARY

We are seeking a fashion-driven, commercially minded Women’s Merchandiser to join our Beverly Hills team. This is an exciting opportunity for a merchandising professional who is deeply connected to women’s fashion, understands how trends translate into real product, and is eager to grow within a dynamic, product-driven environment where ideas move quickly, ownership is valued, and strong instincts are key.

This role plays a key part in shaping seasonal assortments- partnering closely with Sales, Design and Product Development to build collections that feel modern, relevant, and commercially strong.

You are both creative and analytical: someone who loves product, thrives on ownership, has a strong point of view on trends and can confidently manage multiple priorities while staying focused on the bigger brand vision. You’ll play an important role in helping build a product assortment that strengthens and evolves the overall brand point of view.

If you’re passionate about women’s fashion and excited by the opportunity to help shape product in a growing, design-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you!

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Partner with Design to help shape seasonal assortment strategies across key women’s categories
  • Translate trend research, market insights, and competitive shopping into clear product direction
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the customer: how she shops, styles and what she’s looking for next
  • Monitor product and category performance, identifying opportunities to react and evolve the assortment
  • Continuously assess the competitive landscape: identifying opportunities, white space, and potential risks across the market
  • Drive the development of cohesive collections: balancing fashion, price architecture, and retail channel needs
  • Manage line plans, assortment tools, and merchandising recaps across seasonal milestones
  • Own key calendar deliverables and help drive cross-functional alignment from concept through market
  • Prepare product presentations, showroom storytelling, and customer-facing merchandising tools
  • Maintain accurate product data in PLM and support style tracking across development stages
  • Identify opportunities to evolve category performance and silhouette direction
  • Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented team environment
ABOUT YOU
  • 3–6 years of fashion merchandising experience, preferably in women’s apparel
  • Strong connection to women’s trends, styling, and emerging market shifts
  • Ability to travel up to 4 times per year
  • A self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and taking initiative
  • Strong product instinct with the ability to balance creativity and commercial thinking
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally
  • Master in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with PLM systems (Centric), Canva, and Illustrator is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Fashion, or related field preferred
