Summary
The Seasonal Selling Associate supports an exceptional client experience during the holiday season. This in-store role welcomes clients, connects them with the appropriate associates, and assists across store departments based on business needs.
Responsibilities- Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, and connect them with associates based on their needs.
- Support point-of-sale transactions, BOPIS and curbside pickup, alterations, fitting rooms, and other store services.
- Follow up on customer requests and connect escalated issues with management.
- Work across different store areas and help enhance the client experience.
- At least one year of experience in a customer-focused role, with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
