Seasonal Sales Support Associate - Beverly Hills Flagship

The Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical and operational support for front- and back-of-house activities in a luxury boutique. This temporary role supports the sales team and helps deliver a high standard of client service.

• Greet clients, answer questions, and assist with wrapping and packaging.
• Support the selling process by retrieving, hanging, and returning merchandise and preparing stockroom inventory.
• Keep the workstation and selling floor organized, stocked, and maintained to merchandise standards.
• Support client service, concierge, doorperson, and greeter activities, as well as after-sales needs and repair records.
• Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service.

• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills, with attention to detail.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with grace, compassion, and composure.
• Ability to lift 0-25 lbs. without assistance and work in person at the designated location.
