The Client Advisor represents the brand and delivers exceptional luxury experiences through personalized service and product expertise. The role builds lasting client relationships, supports individual and store sales goals, and contributes to a welcoming and collaborative boutique environment.
Responsibilities- Welcome clients, understand their needs, recommend products, and provide personalized service.
- Develop client relationships through proactive outreach, follow-up, and approved clienteling tools.
- Achieve individual sales goals and performance metrics while supporting store objectives.
- Maintain knowledge of collections, products, services, and brand heritage.
- Process transactions and service requests accurately and follow operational and loss prevention procedures.
- Support inventory activities, maintain visual merchandising standards, and keep the store organized.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, flexibility, and a client-first mindset.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues and management.
- Maintain grooming and conduct standards and protect confidential company and client information.
