The Seasonal Operations Associate supports store operations during the holiday season and helps deliver an exceptional client experience. This role handles merchandise flow, inventory tasks, and operational execution.
Responsibilities- Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
- Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
- Complete daily inventory control operations and merchandise price changes.
- Follow safety procedures in the receiving dock and all work areas.
- At least 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
