Hermès Beverly Hills' flagship boutique is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the Managing Director and Floor Director to run all aspects of the business, grow sales, and develop clients through CRM and service initiatives.
You will coach staff, model exceptional service on the sales floor, oversee scheduling, training, and performance reviews, and ensure Hermès standards are met. In MD/FD absence you will step in to lead operations.
