Account Executive

Overview

Block Trust IRA offers clients a variety of options in the Cryptocurrency Investment space. Our primary business involves transferring existing retirement accounts like 401(k) s and IRAs from traditional investments to IRAs invested in cryptocurrencies. In addition to enabling clients to buy and sell 60+ cryptocurrencies, Block Trust IRA provides an AI-powered Managed Crypto IRA offering.

In this role, you will focus on outreach to warm/hot inbound leads for qualification and determine if our services are a fit. NO COLD CALLING. Our ideal candidate will have strong communication and sales skills. Experience with sales, particularly financial sales, and knowledge of the crypto market are a plus.

This is an entry-level role with potential promotion to Account Director, where responsibilities include closing and onboarding new clients and managing client relationships. The Account Director position offers a substantial base salary raise and improved commission structure. AE pay will include a base salary plus commission per new account.

• Qualify inbound warm/hot leads to determine fit for Block Trust IRA services
• Engage prospects with clear and professional communication; NO COLD CALLING
• Collaborate with team to advance opportunities through the sales process

• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client interactions and sales processes
• Proven experience in sales, preferably financial sales
• Basic knowledge of global and domestic markets
• Knowledge and understanding of the cryptocurrency market is strongly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
