Client Advisor - Beverly Hills Neiman Marcus

Represent the brand and deliver an exceptional, personalized luxury shopping experience. Build lasting client relationships, promote brand loyalty, and contribute to individual and team sales goals.

• Welcome and serve clients, understand their needs, and provide an excellent in-store experience.
• Capture client information in the CRM and develop relationships through personalized follow-up.
• Use cross-selling and omnichannel approaches to maximize sales and achieve targets and KPIs.
• Maintain product knowledge, stay current on fashion trends and competitors, and handle client concerns effectively.
• Maintain shop-floor and visual display standards, follow stock procedures, and support loss prevention.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide consistent service and contribute to a positive working environment.

• Passion for selling, luxury fashion, and the managed product category.
• Experience building long-term client relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, resilient, results-driven, curious, and skilled at problem-solving.
• English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.
