Client Advisor - Beverly Hills

The Client Advisor represents the brand and delivers an exceptional luxury shopping experience. The role focuses on building lasting client relationships, promoting brand loyalty, and achieving individual and team sales goals.

• Welcome clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized service throughout the in-store experience.
• Capture and maintain client information in the CRM to develop relationships and future sales opportunities.
• Promote omnichannel engagement, cross-sell across departments, and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain strong product, brand, fashion trend, and competitor knowledge.
• Support a high standard of shop-floor presentation, follow operational and stock procedures, and help prevent theft.
• Resolve client concerns in coordination with the line manager when needed.

• Passion for selling, retail, luxury fashion, art, and design.
• Experience building long-term client relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, resilient, ambitious, results-driven, and skilled in problem-solving.
• Knowledge and enthusiasm for the relevant product category.
• English proficiency required; additional languages are an advantage.
