The Beauty Advisor builds client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personal engagement. This onsite role uses digital tools and technology to support in-store and remote client interactions and achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities- Provide customer-centric service and demonstrate product, styling, and brand knowledge.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals through outreach and technology.
- Use digital tools, social media, and omnichannel inventory to connect with clients and drive sales.
- Collaborate with colleagues and maintain weekend availability from Friday through Sunday.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in styling, fashion retail, commission sales, and selling to clients using digital tools.
- Motivation to set and achieve sales goals, with a flexible work schedule.
