The Watch and Jewelry Consultant represents Piaget and provides exceptional service to clients. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, developing lasting client relationships, and maintaining high standards across boutique operations.
Responsibilities- Achieve sales targets and KPIs while developing prospective clientele and maintaining a loyal client base.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, provide product knowledge, and support after-sales clients.
- Capture client information, follow up with clients and prospects, and resolve service challenges professionally.
- Support boutique events, meetings, training, administrative operations, and inventory management.
- Finalize sales in SAP and maintain merchandise presentation in accordance with visual merchandising standards.
- Five or more years of experience in luxury retail and/or the service industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Professional presentation, initiative, reliability, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to change.
