We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Property Maintenance Specialist. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic experience in home repair, hospitality, or facilities maintenance who is eager to learn, take initiative, and grow into a long-term role.

You’ll be responsible for the upkeep and functionality of our high-end homes, supporting our guest-ready standards while working alongside property managers, inspectors, and third-party vendors. We provide the tools, the training, and the opportunity—you bring the drive and problem-solving mindset.

$1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS AFTER 90 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT

Company vehicle and tools provided | Ongoing training and development offered

• Fully maintain the upkeep of all company properties, including but not limited to replacing light bulbs, BBQ and BBQ area maintenance, swapping out air filters, batteries, and other daily tasks needed to keep the property in excellent shape
• Prepare painted surfaces by washing walls, repairing holes, or removing old paint and applying paints and other finishes to various surfaces as required
• Assemble and adjust furniture: trimming, fitting parts, inspecting wood, ensuring quality standards, handling material orders
• Perform routine pool maintenance: cleaning water, filters, lights, identifying damage, conducting repairs, maintaining records, and reporting water quality issues
• Support HVAC servicing: maintain and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
• Handle in-home audio/video integrations: troubleshoot, clean, and maintain TVs and sound systems to ensure full functionality

We’re open to candidates who may not have years of experience but bring:

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• At least 1 year of basic maintenance or handyman experience (professional or personal)
• Must be comfortable using basic maintenance tools—ideally owns essentials to get started (e.g. drill, wrench set, screwdriver)
• Ability to lift, carry, climb ladders, and work in various physical conditions
• Comfort using tools and a desire to learn more technical systems
• A valid California Driver’s License (required if not using a company-provided vehicle after 90 days)
• Reliable transportation to and from properties located in Beverly Hills, Hollywood Hills, Tarzana, Malibu, and surrounding areas
• Bonus if you have experience in luxury home environments, hospitality, or smart home systems—but not required.

Hourly Wage: $25 - $35/hour based on experience and achievement

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 after 90 days of employment

Additional Monthly Bonus Potential:
Monthly performance bonuses available (based on management approval)

Schedule: Work schedule: 5 days/week, including weekends and evenings
