Responsibilities- Answer phones, schedule appointments, assist on‑board team members, support customers and leadership team.
- Contract processing and quality control.
- Banking duties: cash receipt entry, deposit slips, credit card transactions and bank deposits; may include trips to the bank.
- Process cemetery daily IOAs (Interment Order and Authorization) following company standards and policies.
- File maintenance and record keeping: update customer files, scan documentation, maintain records of memos, e‑mails, corporate policies, and programs implemented.
- Coordinate onboarding responsibilities as part of Human Resources.
- Accounts Payable: ensure all bills are paid promptly, process purchases and invoices.
- Accounts Receivable: collection of past and present balances due for delinquent location customer contracts.
- Deeds and certificates: provide to Sales Management, log and process accordingly; verify Trust certificates.
- Work and memorial orders: order memorials when paid in full; manage work orders for Park Services.
- Participate in daily White Board Meetings between Administration, Maintenance, and Sales Department.
- Reporting:
Trust, state‑required, and month‑end processing.

- Multi‑line phone skills; filing skills (alphabetically); type 40 wpm with minimal errors; basic math and computer skills (Word, Excel or equivalents).
- Ability to abide by all company policies and keep confidential information; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient organizational skills; multitask efficiently; work independently or as part of a team; meet deadlines.
- Valid state driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for some locations.
- High School equivalency required.
- Minimum one year experience in administration or customer service.
- Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends as needed.

The pay range for this role is based on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions regardless of race, gender, age, religion, or any other protected characteristic. They include skill set, experience and training, licensure and certification, and other business and organizational needs. This range estimate has been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
Hourly range: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
