Operations Assistant

Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Junior Accountant located in Beverly, MA. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, assisting in preparing financial reports, and supporting the accounting team in day‑to‑day operations. Additional responsibilities include processing invoices, reviewing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and assisting in audits or quarterly/year‑end activities as needed.

• Proficiency in accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Technical skills in financial software, spreadsheet tools, and familiarity with general ledger systems.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related area of concentration.
• Prior accounting experience or internship in a similar role is a plus.

The salary range is $60,000‑$70,000 per year. Benefits include health and dental insurance 100% paid by employer and immediate eligibility for 401(k) participation.
