Corporate Operations Administrative Assistant – Ironhorse Funding LLC

Location:

Beverly, MA (ONSITE, Monday to Friday).

Hours:

8:00 am – 5:00 pm or 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

Compensation: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan with 5 % employer match, life insurance, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, paid time off (20 days PTO to start) and a generous paid holiday schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, drafting correspondence, and managing calendars.
  • Plan and coordinate events, maintain databases, and assist with the preparation and tracking of lending license applications and renewals.
  • Facilitate client onboarding and off‑boarding processes and gather documentation for annual reporting needs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for IHF for a Cause, coordinate travel, and support vendor management.
  • Maintain strong communication and collaboration across legal, human resources, and compliance functions.
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact smoothly across all levels.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, capable of handling diverse administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Flexibility, problem‑solving abilities, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills foster positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within financial services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Associate’s degree required;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred.
