This onsite temporary Sales Manager role is based in Beverly, offering full-time hours from 9-5 and a pay rate of $22/hr the position is with a hospitality company that specializes in guest services and event accommodations, and the selected candidate will support group sales efforts for approximately 3+ months. The role focuses on driving group business, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to overall revenue growth.

• Solicit, qualify, and close group room business within assigned market segments.
• Respond to RFPs and incoming group leads promptly and professionally.
• Conduct site inspections for prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and rate agreements following revenue management guidelines.

• Prior hotel sales experience‑especially in group sales‑is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with hotel sales systems (Delphi, Opera) and Microsoft Office is a plus.
