Job Summary
SV Design is looking for a personable, motivated, and organized individual to join our Beverly commercial team. As an architectural project manager, you will be working primarily on mid to large-sized commercial projects. You will be the clients’ primary liaison and responsible for your projects’ quality, coordination, team management (in-house, consultant, and construction-based), and schedule.
Qualifications- Full-time, in-office position based in Beverly, MA; candidates must be within a reasonable commuting distance.
- Professional degree from a U.S.
-accredited architecture program or equivalent; licensure preferred. - 8–12 years of professional experience with a focus on multi-family and/or commercial architecture.
- Strong technical foundation in building detailing, construction documentation, and drafting standards.
- Proven leadership experience with a passion for mentoring and guiding teams.
- Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office required.
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented professional with excellent communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and constructability.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Pride in producing thoughtful, well-crafted design and documentation.
- Experience coordinating consultants and navigating complex project teams.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Lead multiple projects through all phases from concept to construction.
- Collaborate with senior staff to develop and advance design solutions.
- Produce and oversee Revit-based design development and construction documents.
- Coordinate consultants and ensure fully integrated project documentation.
- Develop and review architectural details with strong technical expertise.
- Participate in construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, site visits, and SKs.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning, and technical standards.
- Support bidding and contractor selection processes.
- Serve as Owner’s representative during construction, including pay apps and site meetings.
- Monitor project quality, schedule, and budget in coordination with project leadership.
