Position SummarySV Design's Beverly office is seeking a full-time, highly organized, self-motivated Interior Designer / Project Manager to join our residential team. The ideal candidate is a creative and energetic design professional with strong project management skills and the ability to successfully balance multiple priorities.
Working under the guidance of senior-level interior designers, this individual will support large projects and lead small-medium projects through all phases of design, from concept development through installation. The successful candidate will contribute to both interior architecture and furnishings projects while helping ensure exceptional client service and project execution.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple residential interior design projects from concept through completion
- Serve as primary client contact and coordinate schedules, budgets, and project teams
- Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and project documentation
- Develop design concepts, presentations, drawings, and specifications
- Select finishes, furnishings, fixtures, and materials
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors
- Support procurement, installation, and project closeout
- 6-12 years of interior design experience
- Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited program
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Studio Designer and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and read construction documents
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to work in-office at our Beverly, MA location
